Payment
Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Bookings confirmed within 10 days of departure require payment in full upon confirmation.
Payment Policy
Cash, Credit Card authorization, or Paypal transfer must be received by full payment deadline. Checks will not be accepted. Bookings including travel dates from Dec 16 to Jan 10 and for Easter week require payment in full upon confirmation. If the deadline is not met, all reservations will be subject to cancellation.
Shared Ride Policy
**SHARED RIDES REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 PASSENGERS. IF MINIMUM IS NOT MET, YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. YOU WILL HAVE 24 HOURS TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND OR UPGRADE TO A PRIVATE RIDE**
Monkey Ride, SA offers a shared scheduled airport shuttle. Due to the scheduled nature of the ride, there are set departure times from each location, including a scheduled departure from the San Jose airport by 3pm. All passengers must be arriving on flights that land prior to 1pm at SJO. If the flight is delayed we cannot hold the shared scheduled shuttle for you, as we have a number of passengers to accommodate. If you previously reserved a seat on the Monkey Ride Shared Airport Shuttle Service, and your flight is cancelled, or delayed past 1pm, you may use a credit applied toward the next scheduled shuttle or use it toward a private ride on the same day. The shuttle can’t wait at the airport after 3pm despite requests. No refunds will be offered per cancellation policy below, however credits may be applied to future travel.
Private Ride Policy
Once a private ride is scheduled, you may not change the date of the ride unless you provide 72 hours advance notice. Due to the many schedules Monkey Ride operates across the country, once you’ve selected the date of your private ride, we cannot accommodate changes unless it is more than 3 days advance warning.
Cancellation Policy
Monkey Ride, SA reserves the right to cancel any reservation, which could affect the company in any way (libel / slander, economical loss, or any other).
Rights to refunds if you change or cancel your reservation is limited. The following fees apply:
• 15 to 30 days prior to departure – 50% of cost
• 0 to 15 days prior to departure – NO REFUND
• Bookings from Dec 1st to march 30th and for Easter Week are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be made for unused travel services, nor is the price or value exchangeable for alternative services. Cancellations within 10 days of scheduled departure may be redeemed for a ride at a different date and time, as long as it does not interfere with the existing schedule.
Late Bookings
Monkey Ride does take late bookings but they should be paid as soon as the reservations are confirmed.

Payment
In order to provide security to all parties involved payments are accepted by cash, credit card, paypal or wire transfer only. Expenses for wire transfer commissions, PayPal fees, Bank Transfers and processing fees for online bookings are not covered by Monkey Ride.
Documentation
U.S. citizens need to have a valid passport (visa is required for some countries). It is the responsibility of all those traveling to obtain information and proper documentation. Monkey Ride and its agents accept no responsibility for changes in documentation requirements nor for any departure or entry denials. Passengers denied boarding for lack of documentation will receive no refund. Full cancellation policies apply to cancellations due to incorrect documentation.
Schedule Changes and Delays
All travel itineraries are based on the best information available at the time of confirmation. Due to the nature of international travel changes to schedules and itineraries may be necessary and may also prevent some of the scheduled activities to be completed. NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN FOR SUCH ELIMINATION. We do not accept economic and civil responsibilities for losses or accidental expenses due to changes or delays in airline or hotel overbooking, defaults, weather, strikes, sickness, war, riots, theft, acts of nature, vandalism, medical and hospitalization expenses or any other causes not within the power of Monkey Ride. All such losses or expenses are the responsibility and are assumed by the traveler.
Responsibility
All travel documents and vouchers issued by Monkey Ride and its agents are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier, to the laws of their countries, and to international conventions between countries. The traveler agrees that Monkey Ride, its agents, affiliates and employees, shall not be liable for any damages and losses incurred, or any other causes not within the power of Monkey Ride. We do not accept economic and civil responsibilities for losses or accidental expenses due to hotel overbooking, defaults, weather, strikes, sickness, war, riots, theft, acts of nature, vandalism, medical and hospitalization expenses or any other causes not within the power of Monkey Ride. All such losses or expenses are the responsibility and are assumed by the traveler. All participants expressly wave any and all rights which one may have against Monkey Ride its agents, officers, or employees caused by the negligence of such persons in connection with foregoing. Under no circumstance is Monkey Ride to be construed as a carrier or common carrier under contract for safe passage of the traveler or for luggage and/or belongings. By enrolling in and tendering payment for any and all services participants agree to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on this Web Site. No other person other than an officer of Monkey Ride, by document in writing, is authorized to waive or alter any condition with the foregoing.
